Bid Submission

Bids may be submitted via the web form on this page, telephone (972 2 623 5559), email, or by coming in person to the bookshop at Shmuel Hanagid, 4, Jerusalem. The starting bid is $200.00

Obligations

All bids are binding and fully commit the bidder to remit the sum of his/her bid in the event that his/her bid is accepted by M. Pomeranz Bookseller. Sales tax will be added to these charges in the event that the item is posted or delivered to an address in Israel or the customer picks up the item in our Jerusalem shop. Shipping and handling charges will be added if such services are needed.

The Winning Bid.

The highest bid at the time of the bidding deadline specified above will award the bidder the right to purchase the item and the bidder will be contacted directly by the management of M. Pomeranz Bookseller.

In the event of a failure of the web server or a last minute bid received by phone or in person, the highest bid will win the right to purchase the item regardless of the fact that another bid displays on this web page as the current high bid at close of bidding.

We do not undertake to update bidders of new bids submitted. It is the obligation of the bidder to return to this page before the bidding closes to check if he/she has been outbid.

Confidentiality

Like all customer information processed by M. Pomeranz Bookseller, the identity of the bidders will remain confidential. The web form enabling the customer to give us his/her contact, billing and shipping details submits to a secure server. This means that there is no way to intercept the data you send us.
